1973-1987 Chevy Square Body Truck Brake Line Kit for Wilwood 5 port Proportioning Valve

  • This kit will replumb the entire chassis of your. All OEM hard lines and soft lines are replaced with our high pressure-low expansion braided hose.
  • This kit is made for use with a Wilwood master cylinder and 5 port Adjustable proportioning valve. One of the two front out ports on the valve will be plugged with our plumbing strategy. That distribution point will be moved down to the driver's frame rail with a supplied tee fitting.
  • Versatile fitment for many styles of calipers. Caliper connection hoses are made with -3AN ends. By default, we supply banjo adapters for common OEM style calipers using 3/8" banjo inlet calipers in the front and rear. If you are using aftermarket calipers such as Wilwood or Strange with a 1/8-27 NPT inlet then you can simply remove the adapters from the lines in the kit and thread the hose end directly onto the -3AN adapters supplied with those style calipers. If you have any other size or type of caliper inlet you can simply use the corresponding adapter to -3AN to connect. If you need other styles of adapters, please feel free to contact us so we can help! (Note: Sample installed pics show a Wilwood 1/8-27 NPT inlet caliper for loose reference only.)
  • Brake line kits are made to order in your choice of color combo. Please allow 1-3 business days for shipment.
  • Brake hoses consist of a PTFE core, followed by a stainless braided covering, and then finished with a poly outer coating for abrasion resistance to painted surfaces.
