Finishing Lines S197 Mustang Drag Race Setup - ABS Delete with Adjustable Proportioning Valve and Line Lock Provision

 

  • This S197 Mustang brake line kit allows you to delete your ABS module plus accommodate drag racing specific plumbing changes.
  • This kit accommodates OEM brake master cylinders to be retained. This listing is specifically for late 2009 thru 2014 style master cylinders with one M12 port and one M14 port. If you have dual M12 ports found in pre-March 2009 models, please see alternate product listing. 
  • Utilizes an adjustable proportioning valve in-line with the front brakes only to reduce front brake pressure for avoiding front skinny tire lock-up under heavy braking. Adjustable proportioning/bias valve is included with this kit.
  • Incorporates hoses and fittings allowing you to plumb a line lock solenoid in-line with the front brakes. Line lock solenoid is not included with this kit, you will need to source a 1/8-27NPT inlet/outlet style solenoid to use with the kit.
  • Front line setup connects directly to your OEM caliper hose connections in the front wheel wells.
  • Rear line setup connects directly to rear OEM hard line junction in driver’s wheel well area.
  • Supplied components with this kit replace all OEM hard brake line in the engine bay.
  • Brake line kits are made to order in your choice of color combo. Please allow 1-3 business days for shipment.
  • Brake hoses consist of a PTFE core, followed by a stainless braided covering, and then finished with a poly outer coating for abrasion resistance to painted surfaces.
